A young familiar hopes to escape from the clutches of the witch who has thus far controlled her whole life... but to do so, she must muscle past her menagerie of other familiars, all of whom are prepared to take her home or take her down. Will her resolve falter? Does she have the mettle to seize freedom from the jaws of her once-companions, and will she have to encounter the fearsome witch again?
